"A" author

Story about love and loss.  Meg's only child is killed by a drunk driver, a long ago friend of Meg's.   Meg and her husband leave their hometown and live on a boat while their hearts and lives try to heal.  We learn of many issues that make healing difficult.   Very heartwarming story, well written.
